We want everyone to be able to use our website – regardless of their functional level or digital skills. Therefore, we actively work to improve the user experience on our website to be as simple and understandable as possible.
Our goals
We work to:
- Be inclusive for everyone - regardless of disability or digital skills
- Meet AA requirements in WCAG 2.1. (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines)
- Communicate clearly and understandably
- Ensure good and user-friendly design
- Have a continuous focus on finding and correcting accessibility gaps
What are we doing to achieve the goals?
We follow WCAG 2.1, which are international guidelines for accessibility. These help us create solutions that work for everyone – including those who:
- Use screen readers
- Navigate with a keyboard
- Need extra clear language
- Have impaired vision, hearing, or motor skills
How are we doing?
We have conducted a thorough review of our website. Large parts of our site meet the WCAG 2.1 level AA requirements, but we are not quite there yet. We continuously work to improve the user experience as part of our ongoing accessibility efforts, and will update this page as improvements are made.
Below you will find an overview of identified areas for improvement and the points we are currently working on.
Video and audio content
- Text alternatives such as captions or descriptions may at times be missing for audio and video content
- Pre-recorded audio or video content may in some places lack alternative descriptions
Content and design
- Some text content is presented as images, which may reduce accessibility for assistive technology users
Navigation and structure
- There are not always multiple alternative ways to navigate to the same content (e.g., via menu, search, or site map)
- Content in other languages is sometimes not properly marked for assistive technology users
Did you find an error or something that is missing?
We would love to hear from you! Have you discovered something that does not work as it should? Please contact us with a brief description of the problem. The more specific you are, the easier it is for us to improve. We greatly appreciate your feedback – thank you very much for helping us get better!
